Product Categories

A complete range of PVC and polyethylene pipes covering water, irrigation, drainage, electrical conduit and industrial applications — with production to special requirements.

PVC Pipe Solutions

PVC Pipe Solutions

PVC-U pipes are widely used across building and infrastructure projects thanks to their light weight, practical installation and versatility.

Where they are used

  • Water distribution
  • Rainwater and building drainage
  • Sewer systems
  • Electrical conduit and cable protection
  • Irrigation networks
  • Building services
  • Industrial fluid transfer
01

Lightweight handling

The material's light weight simplifies transport, storage and installation compared with traditional metal alternatives.

02

Corrosion resistance

It does not rust and is unaffected by soil or water under the normal operating conditions of the intended application.

03

Smooth internal surface

A smooth bore supports steady flow and reduces deposit build-up inside the network.

04

Practical installation

Multiple jointing methods — solvent cement or rubber-ring sockets — suit the nature of each project.

05

Multiple diameters

A broad diameter range covers needs from small building runs to main lines.

06

Application-specific production

Pipes are produced to the requirements of the specific application and the standard agreed with the customer.

Polyethylene Pipe Solutions

Polyethylene Pipe Solutions

HDPE high-density polyethylene pipes offer high flexibility and meet the demands of modern pressure networks and infrastructure — with specifications selected against clear technical criteria.

Where they are used

  • Drinking water networks
  • Agricultural irrigation
  • Drip irrigation infrastructure
  • Sewer and drainage systems
  • Industrial pipelines
  • Cable protection
  • Infrastructure projects
  • Fluid-transfer systems

Technical selection parameters

The right pipe is defined by balancing a set of technical parameters approved by the project engineer:

Pipe diameter
The nominal outside diameter required to meet the design flow rate.
Wall thickness
Determined by the pressure class and the SDR adopted in the design.
SDR
The ratio of outside diameter to wall thickness — the lower the SDR, the higher the pressure capability.
PN pressure class
The pipe's nominal operating pressure at the reference temperature.
PE material grade
The polyethylene raw-material grade used in production per the agreed standard.
Application
The nature of use: drinking water, irrigation, drainage, industrial service or cable protection.
Installation method
Butt fusion, electrofusion or mechanical couplings depending on the network.
Operating pressure
The actual pressure expected in the network, including critical operating cases.
Customer requirements
Any additional project requirements: colors, marking, lengths or packaging.

Why Rawnaq Aljazeera

We work as a product- and application-focused industrial supply partner, not a general trader.

01

Product-focused manufacturing

A clear specialisation in PVC and polyethylene pipes keeps all of our effort on the quality of the pipe itself.

02

Application-based selection

We help you match the product to the actual service conditions instead of offering generic answers.

03

Custom production options

Production to special diameters, lengths, colors and requirements after technical agreement.

04

Technical consultation

A technical team answers your questions on materials, sizes and jointing methods before you order.

05

Quality inspection

Dimensional, visual and conformity checks during production and before dispatch, per agreement.

06

Professional packaging

Bundles, coils and identification labels prepared to protect the product all the way to site.

07

Direct channels — phone and WhatsApp — with clear answers to quotation requests.

08

Project-oriented supply

Production and delivery scheduled around your project phases and site requirements.

Manufacturing Process

A sequential production line turns selected raw material into a dispatch-ready pipe through clear, traceable stages.

  1. 1

    Raw material selection

Approving suitable raw materials for each product family per the agreed standard.

  2. 2

    Material preparation

Mixing and preparing the material and required additives before feeding the line.

  3. 3

    Extrusion

Melting the material and forcing it through the forming die to create the pipe body.

  4. 4

    Pipe sizing

Calibrating outside diameter and wall thickness in the vacuum sizing unit.

  5. 5

    Cooling

Gradually cooling the pipe in water baths to lock in dimensional stability.

  6. 6

    Printing and identification

Printing product and production-line data on the pipe for traceability.

  7. 7

    Dimensional inspection

Measuring diameter, thickness and length and verifying conformity during the run.

  8. 8

    Quality testing

Performing the tests specified for the product per the standard and approved agreement.

  9. 9

    Packaging

Preparing bundles or coils with identification labels according to the product type.

  10. 10

    Dispatch

Loading orders and delivering them under the agreed transport arrangements.

Exact operating details vary with the product family, diameter and its approved standard.

Quality Control

Products undergo dimensional, visual and conformity checks; final testing is defined by the product and its approved standard.

  • Outside diameter
  • Wall thickness
  • Pipe length
  • Internal and external surface appearance
  • Weight per meter
  • Pressure testing
  • Impact testing
  • Material verification
  • Print and batch identification
  • Visual inspection
  • Dimensional conformity
Testing methods and final specifications depend on the selected product, applicable standard, and approved customer agreement.
