06How long does an order take to prepare?+
It depends on the quantity, sizes and production schedule; the lead time is stated in the quotation after the request is reviewed.
07Do you provide technical support for pipe selection?+
Yes — our technical team answers questions about materials, classes and jointing methods; final design approval remains the project engineer's responsibility.
08To which standards are the pipes produced?+
Each run is produced to the standard agreed in the order; tell us your project requirements and we will confirm whether we can produce to them.
09Can you deliver to the project site?+
Transport and delivery options are arranged in the quotation according to the destination and order size.
10How are pipes packed for shipping?+
Rigid pipes are strapped into uniform bundles, polyethylene coils are secured, and every unit is labelled with the product, size and batch number.
